   The last question … “rather have $5good cigar or $10 excellent cigar?” will not give meaningful results as it is unclear as to who pays. If you are paying then I would select $10 cigar. If I am paying then it would be the $5 smoke. How you state the question is important.

   Good point, but I feel like the question implies that you are paying for your own cigars.

   just an idea, but you might ask when people like to enjoy cigars. Sometimes i like to just relax on the porch and focus on nothing but the cigar. Other times I like to smoke one while I am working on something. And sometimes I enjoy one while fishing or hunting.
